2025 JAMB Form Details Has been released
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially released the details for the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (DE) registration. Candidates aiming to secure admission into Nigerian tertiary institutions should take note of the following essential information to ensure a smooth registration process.
Registration Period:
- UTME Candidates: Registration commenced on February 3rd, 2025, and will conclude on March 5th, 2025.
- Direct Entry (DE) Candidates: Registration starts on March 10th, 2025, and ends on April 7th, 2025.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 16 years old by September 30th, 2025, to be eligible for admission.
- UTME Candidates: Must have a minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, at not more than two sittings in SSCE, GCE, NABTEB, or NECO.
- Direct Entry Candidates: Should possess one of the following qualifications:
- A minimum of two A-Level passes in relevant subjects.
- National Certificate of Education (NCE), National Diploma (ND), or Higher National Diploma (HND) with relevant O’Level qualifications.
Registration Fees:
- UTME Candidates: ₦3,500 for the registration form, ₦500 for the recommended reading text, and a ₦700 service charge at accredited centers, totaling ₦4,700.
- Mock Examination (Optional): An additional ₦1,000 is required for candidates opting to take the mock exam.
Registration Procedure
Step 1: Obtain a Profile Code
Send your National Identification Number (NIN) via SMS in the format “NIN 12345678901” to 55019 or 66019. A 10-character Profile Code will be sent to your phone number.
Step 2: Purchase e-PIN
With the Profile Code, proceed to any of the following to purchase the e-PIN:
Banks: Present your Profile Code and pay via cash or card.
POS: Available at JAMB State Offices and CBT Centers.
Mobile Money Operators: Payments can also be made at various outlets.
ATM Payments: Select “Bill Payment” and choose JAMB.
Online Payment: Visit JAMB’s official website to purchase your application document.
USSD (ERCAS): Dial 565 6*55019# and follow the prompts.
Step3: Complete Registration at Accredited CBT Centers:
- Visit an accredited JAMB Computer-Based Test (CBT) center with your e-PIN.
- Provide personal details, choice of institutions and courses, and upload required documents.
- Biometric data and photograph will be captured at the center.
Important Notes:
Mock Examination: The optional mock exam is scheduled for April 5th, 2025. Interested candidates should indicate their participation during registration.
Registration Template: Candidates are advised to download and complete the JAMB 2025 UTME registration template before visiting a CBT center. This helps ensure all necessary information is accurately provided.
